Pricing Guide

1️⃣ Home & Individual Users

Remote Support: R250/hr (30 min increments, minimum 30 min)

On-Site Support: R350/hr (minimum 1 hour)

Call-out Fee: R250 (waived within central Oudtshoorn)

2️⃣ Small Business IT Support

Standard Support: R450/hr (minimum 1 hour)

Priority / After-Hours: R600/hr (after 17:00, weekends, holidays)

Includes troubleshooting, POS systems, backups, networks & more

3️⃣ Advanced & Specialist Services

Hourly Rate: R650/hr

Servers, firewalls, cloud services, cybersecurity, migrations

Data Recovery: Quoted

Security Assessments: Quoted

4️⃣ Monthly Support Packages

ONLY available to clients in and around Oudsthoorn

Starter – R1,200/month: 3 hrs, remote, email support (R400/hr thereafter)

Business – R2,500/month: 6 hrs, remote+onsite, priority (R350/hr thereafter)

Premium – R4,500/month: 12 hrs, priority+after-hours, security checks (R300/hr thereafter)

5️⃣ General Billing Terms

• Minimum Billing:
  - Remote 30 min
  - On-site 1 hr

• On-Site visits only available to clients in Oudtshoorn area.

• Travel billed separately unless specified

• All prices exclude VAT (if applicable)
